Challenging and Inspiring Children to be Lifelong Learners

Counseling

Elementary School Counseling

At our school, we believe that emotional well-being is foundational to academic success. Our dedicated support team works together to ensure every student feels safe, valued, and equipped with the tools they need to thrive.

Whether your child needs a quick breathing exercise to reset their day, a weekly check-in, or immediate support during a tough moment, our team is here to help them regulate, recover, and get back to learning.

How We Help Our Students

While Mrs. Hoose and Mrs. Deck have different specialized roles, they work hand-in-hand to support our school community in two critical areas:

  • Crisis Intervention: Both professionals are fully equipped to handle immediate crisis situations, ensuring student safety and emotional stabilization when urgent needs arise.

  • Everyday Emotional Regulation: They collaborate daily to help students manage big emotions, learn positive coping skills, and develop self-regulation strategies they can use both in and out of the classroom.
