MOUNT MARKHAM CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT STAFF SHOUT-OUT MELISSA OSBORN, LORI MARSH, JENNIFER MCDONALD, DAVE KIRKPATRICK, BRIAN MATTISON & HEATHER KAMPF THE NOMINATOR WROTE: "I want to thank everyone that has helped to make the Elementary Music program run smoothly this year! I cannot make this happen alone and I appreciate each one of these people that help me keep around 90 students safe while participating in elementary music rehearsals and performances. Melissa and Lori help me daily to make sure that I know where all of my students are going after rehearsals are done, Brian and Heather and their team at the bus garage help me to make sure I put all of the students on the correct buses when we walk to the high school, Dave helps us cross the road after each of our rehearsals, and Jen has supported this rehearsal schedule for many years. Without this support and help from these individuals (and the members of their teams that work behind the scenes), 3rd and 4th-grade chorus and a 4th-grade musical play would not be possible. I am truly grateful for all of the time and effort they put in on behalf of the students involved in these productions. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!!!!"; images: Melissa Osborn, Lori Marsh, Jennifer McDonald, Dave Kirkpatrick, Brian Mattison, Heather Kampf, Mount Markham Mustang

MOUNT MARKHAM CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT STAFF SHOUT-OUT CAROL AINSLIE, BETH ENTWISTLE & TONYA KING THE NOMINATOR WROTE: "Carol Ainslie, Beth Entwistle, and Tonya King did a superb job last night with the 3rd grade Wax Museum. You know there might be a hit on your hands when there is a crowd waiting in the foyer and an ever larger crowd waiting outside the building to come inside for it to begin. Students learning and their families involved and engaged in the process, what a success to end the school year on. To see students, their immediate family members and for some even their extended family members all interacting, smiling, laughing, talking was truly heartwarming. Families stayed to enjoy the refreshments outside in the courtyard; to talk with friends and neighbors. This was a tremendous success due to the hard work of the teachers involved."; images: Carol Ainslie, Beth Entwistle & Tonya King, Mount MArkham Mustang logo

MOUNT MARKHAM CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT STAFF SHOUT-OUT ALYSSA BOUTHILLIER, BILL POMARES & MARISSA WINKLER THE NOMINATOR WROTE: "I am so thankful to my colleagues in the music department for their kindness and service. In April, I became very ill and ended up in the hospital for many weeks. My colleaques went over and above to help out in every way they could. They conducted rehearsals, concerts, and helped prepare for a substitute that would teach in my absence. I am truly grateful to Alyssa, Bill and Marissa. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such wonderful people whom I call friends. They "stepped up to the plate" during a very difficult time for me and gave their all for our students."; images: Bouthillier, Pomares and Winkler, Mount Markham Mustang

MOUNT MARKHAM CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT STAFF SHOUT-OUT JILL WAITE JILL'S NOMINATOR WROTE: "Jill Waite is a gift for the middle school building. No matter what the issue is that might take you to the health room, you are greeted with a smile, a listening ear, and the essential help that you need to deal with whatever crisis might have occurred. From the basic of situations like giving out band-aids, to taking temperatures, to handing out ice packs; to going assisting with far more complex medical needs, her calming nature is available for all. She would probably say, 'I'm just doing my job.' She makes a difference daily for the students and staff and for that we are thankful."; images: Jill Waite, Mount Markham Mustang
