Our Sources of Strength group has been busy lately!
Starting with Mental Health Awareness Week in January, where students and staff participated in various activities aimed at breaking the stigma around mental health and encouraging open conversations about well-being throughout the year.

In February, the group recognized Healthy Relationships Week with presentations and activities to promote healthy relationships and raise awareness about domestic violence.

And most recently, our high school students celebrated Mentor Madness Week, which highlights the amazing relationships our students have with their staff mentors. Each morning began with "Minute to Win It" games, pairing students with their mentors to compete for the ultimate prize: free pizza. This week-long celebration also featured the Fifth Annual Wellness Fair, which showcased over 20 organizations and groups promoting healthy hobbies, activities, and overall wellness.

These activities have been a fantastic way to educate our students and help foster a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
