Rori Jones has been selected as the Mount Markham Optimist Club 8th Grade Youth of the Month for January! Rori is the daughter of Ryan and Sheila Jones of Bridgewater, NY.
While in middle school, Rori has been involved in the production of Frozen Jr. the Musical, Student Council, Yearbook Club and the Babysitters' Club. She is also a member of the National Junior Honor Society. Rori is a student in Accelerated Math, Science, and ELA classes as well as Advanced Technology class.
Rori has received several MMTA awards, an award for Decent Behavior and Civility and has been on the Gold Honor Roll throughout her years at the middle school. Outside of school, Rori enjoys dancing, painting, baking and skiing. In the future, Rori hopes to become a lawyer.
