Colton Jaquay has been selected as the Mt. Markham Optimist Club 8th Grade Youth of the Month for December. He is the son of Michael and Roseann Jaquay of Waterville, NY.
While in Middle School, he has been involved Student Council, where he has served as the secretary. He is also a member of the Ski Club and the National Junior Honor Society. Colton is enrolled in Algebra, Living Environment, Accelerated ELA, and an Intro to DDP Technology class. He has received multiple awards from the MMTA and has consistently made the Gold Honor Roll throughout middle school. Outside of school, Colton attends the People’s Undenominational Church of Cedarville and owns and operates his own business, Jaquay Lawn Care. Colton’s future plans include becoming a pipeline welder.
