Universal Pre-K (UPK) and Kindergarten Registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Students must be residents of the district to be eligible for enrollment.
Mount Markham will offer full-day UPK for the 26-27 school year. To qualify for enrollment, children must be turning 4 years old by December 1, 2026. Please note that children who are eligible for kindergarten cannot attend UPK. If the number of applicants exceeds the available spots, a lottery system will be implemented. Spots will be drawn on July 6, 2026, and families will be notified if their child is selected for a spot or placed on the waitlist.
For kindergarten registration, children must be turning 5 years old by December 1, 2026. Students currently attending Mount Markham’s pre-k program only need to fill out the Intent to Return form instead of a new registration packet.
To receive a registration packet, please call (315) 822-2840 or visit the elementary main office. The deadline to submit registration packets is Monday, March 30th, 2026.
Please note that this process differs from what was previously listed on the Panorama calendar. There will not be an open registration on April 16 and 17.
