NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the following resolution will be recommended at the December 16, 2025 Board of Education meeting:
Resolved, that pursuant to Section Gen. Mun. Law 6-d(1), as amended, the Board of Education of the Mount Markham Central School District, hereby authorize the transfer of a sum not to exceed $60,000 from its Building Repair Reserve to the District General Operating Account for the purchase and installation of two (2) hot water heaters. No expenditure shall be made except upon authorization of the Board; and it is further resolved that any unneeded balance may be transferred to Capital, or Retirement Contribution reserves.
