Welcome to November! We hope you are enjoying the change of the seasons and beginning to feel excited for the holiday cheer to come. As the weather shifts and our schedules ramp up, we want to provide you with a few important updates regarding our transportation services.
Late Bus Service for After-School Activities
We understand the value of after-school activities and strive to accommodate your family's schedule. Our district proudly offers a late bus run to ensure students can stay for clubs, tutoring, and sports practices.
We run both a North run and a South run.
Please be advised that the route length can vary. Depending on the number of students riding each night, the late bus runs may last up to 75 minutes in length.
If you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your child on the late bus, please call this number and leave a voicemail with your contact information: 315 822-2930. Our messaging system automatically notifies district leaders of your message, and we will follow up promptly.
Inclement Weather and Safety
As winter approaches, please know that we will prioritize student safety and will transport students with the utmost caution.
The district will use Parent Square to send the initial notifications regarding any delays or school closings. Please make sure you are actively checking that system on inclement weather days.
School closing information will also be posted on the district website and our official Facebook page.
